With no credit check, our Rent To Own (RTO) program is available for everybody. Most RTO companies require 2 months' payment up front, but we get your building delivered for you for as little as $100 down. RTO offers you the flexibility to rent your building on a monthly basis if your not sure you want to keep it long term and allows you to pay off early with no fees.

Stop throwing your money into the black hole of renting a storage unit and use our easy and simple Rent-To-Own program to purchase your very own building. With monthly payments equivalent to renting a similarly-sized storage unit, Rent-To-Own is the smart option for your storage needs.

ABOUT DELIVERY

10-15 Business days for on-lot, and 25-30 Business days (weather and business flow pending) for customer builds. A delivery professional will contact you in a few days to schedule your delivery date and time.

Premier Buildings is not responsible for permits, code restrictions, damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to the customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable.

Pressure-Treated Wooden Blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided. Concrete blocks may be used but must be provided by customer.

PERMIT INFORMATION

Premier Buildings is not responsible for building permits and homeowner’s association rules and covenants. It is up to the customer to get permits prior to placing order.

Customer should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on property. Customer will incur charges if Premier has to come back and move your building.
