Here at Premier Portable Buildings, we offer all that and much much more!!! Here's a highlight of some of the "Premier" advantages.
- Pressure treated 4x6 skids, notched for every 2x6 joist, 12" or 16" OC, toe nailed from both sides into the notch. Then we top it with LP "Smart Side" tongue and groove flooring making our floor system strong and stable.
- Walls are framed with 2x4s on 16" centers with a double stud every 4'. These double studs line up with the joints of the siding to give extra strength. It is sided with LP "Smart Side" siding. LP puts a 50 year warranty on this stuff!
- Rafter and trusses are on 2' centers for 12' wide and narrower and on 16" centers for 14' and 16' wide buildings. Th trusses are fastened to engineering specs with hurricane fasteners to give our buildings an industry leading "180 mph" wind rating.
- Loft joists are always 2x6s even on 8' wides to give you extra strength to support your heavy storage items. 16' wide building have 2x8 loft joists.
- The exterior is sprayed with a durable, water-based urethane coating from PPG Paints after which the trim is carefully painted with a latex paint.
- Trusses are then decked with 7/16" OSB sheeting then roofed with 30 year warranted, "heat reflective" metal to give your building that "cut above" durability, style and appearance.
- Garages get "drum style" roll up doors, which is the most trouble free style for a portable building. Track style doors can get twisted and jam up too easily.

Premier Portable Buildings offers free professional delivery/setup of all inventory buildings within a 50 mile radius of our lot in Eureka, MT and free delivery for direct-order buildings to most locations in western Montana. Inventory buildings can be moved more than 50 miles for a fee. Check with us for options.

While we don't finish out buildings, we offer floor insulation, spray foam insulation and custom interior wall framing to give you a head start on your tiny home, get-away cabin, office space, etc. Beat winter's cold and use your shed for more than just storage!
Want metal siding? We do that too. The building is first wrapped in 7/16" OSB and then gets the metal siding package to give you the advantages of a wood interior to control humidity and the durable metal exterior.
